Rising up to 333 m (1,093 ft), the Rose Rayhaan by Rotana [Rose Tower] is honored as the world's tallest hotel used exclusively as a hotel. This 72-storey hotel is located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Started in 2004, the construction was completed in 2007. Rose Rayhaan Rotana is one of the first major hotel brands to open in Dubai as alcohol-free. The hotel has two restaurants and a 24-hour coffee shop. The building was officially completed with 482 rooms, suites and penthouses and it was officially opened on 23 December 2009.

The hotel building was developed by Abco Group and the architect was by Khatib & Alami group. Rotana Hotel Management Corporation Ltd is a hotel management company and manages this hotel too. The Emirates Park Towers is a twin-tower complex currently under construction in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Once completed, the twin tower will become a 1,612 room hotel run by Marriott International. At 77 storeys and 376 m (1,234 ft) tall the Emirates Park Towers will become the second tallest building in Dubai, surpassing Almas Tower, and the twin towers will become the world's tallest hotel, surpassing the Rose Rayhaan by Rotana.

A private curving bridge connects it to the mainland. The shape of this building is like a sail of a ship. It also has a helipad, at a height of 210 m from the ground, on the roof. Next is a 56-storey hotel, Jumeirah Emirate Hotel Tower, in the city of Dubai. It is operated by Jumeirah International Group and includes 40 luxury suites. The two towers, Jumeirah Emirates Hotel Tower and Emirates Office Tower, forms the Emirates Towers complex. Construction was completed on 15 April 2000. Baiyoke Tower II, second tallest building in Thailand after MahaNakhon, is a skyscraper hotel situated at 222 Ratchaprarop Road in the Ratchathewi district of Bangkok, Thailand.
